How We Rate Casinos

1. Licensing & Regulation

A casino must be licensed by a respected regulator before we consider it trustworthy. We give the highest marks to operators licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), or a provincial Canadian regulator. Curaçao-licensed casinos can still be listed, but they receive a lower regulatory score unless they offer strong player protection and independent audits.
